Caroline Martinez

My name is Caroline Martinez, and I am a junior at Second Baptist School. My interest in photography began once I received my first “real camera”. I found a sudden interest in all of the little details in life, and I grew eager to start capturing my own pictures. I am so excited to participate in School Buzz so that I can show off the school spirit that Second Baptist has and hopefully engage more people to want to learn more about us! I am a Varsity cheerleader at Second Baptist, and I am also on the Varsity tennis team. I also participate in Spanish Club, Key club, and Student Life committee at SBS. I enjoy attending all of the athletic events at SBS to support my friends, while also taking pictures of everyone! Something most people don’t know about me is that I used to have two pet frogs, two fish, and two guinea pigs; I also have a furry friend named Tucker… he’s a Labradoodle! The Houston area is so great because no matter where I go I can always find something new and fun to do. I love trying new restaurants with my family and friends and taking a few cute pictures whenever I can! Our goal at Second Baptist is to put God first and our community second. We strive to create unity within our school which not only includes the students but also the faculty, administrators, and parents. We are one big family, and I hope that I can help display this to the whole city of Houston through The Buzz Magazines.
