Volleyball award

A group of players have been making strides on the volleyball court. The St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School girls’ varsity volleyball team won the Greater Houston Volleyball Coaches Association Championship award. They won the award for the second year running beating St. Laurence Catholic School in a closely fought contest. Throughout the season, the girls were taught the game positions, fundamentals, sportsmanship, serving, passing, setting, teamwork, hitting, conditioning, and everything that it takes to become a competitive volleyball player.
