Macy, Molly, and Myla

Sisters Macy, Molly, and Myla are fashionistas in their stars and stripes.

West University residents kicked off Independence Day celebrations with the crowd favorite bike parade from City Hall to Colonial Park Pool. The bright red West U fire truck led the way down University Blvd. as little ones hustled through the intersections on their tricycles and pups braved the heat in star spangled bandanas.

The celebration continued with pool party, family friendly fun from water balloon tosses and dancing to pop hits to a belly flop competition. Check out this slideshow of families enjoying this enduring neighborhood tradition - you’ll probably see a familiar face.
