The River Oaks Garden Club Azalea Trail 2020 will celebrate the 85th anniversary of this springtime tradition March 6-8, 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Proceeds support local nonprofits. Tickets ($30) give admission to four private homes and gardens, Bayou Bend, and Rienzi. At the River Oaks Garden Club Forum of Civics, experts will share advice each day, and members will give floral demonstrations at noon March 6, 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. March 7 and noon Sunday. Plus, there will be a live “flower wall” and food trucks. Pictured are (from left) D’Anne Anderson, club president, and trail co-chairs Julia DeWalch and Elizabeth Stone. See riveroaksgc.org
