Guests mingled at the Stages Repertory Theatre Gala, Off the Ball: A Stages Cinderella Story. The event marked the theater’s 40th anniversary and was chaired by Ray Messer and underwriting chairs Judy and Jim Nicklos; it raised more than $440,000. This year, the event honored Sally Edmundson, longtime actor, director and board member, with the Theodore Award for Visionary Leadership for her leadership and advocacy. Managing director Mark Folkes recognized Isla and Tommy Reckling for their success as honorary chairs of Stages’ ongoing capital campaign.
