Patty Bowen (pictured, far right) and Emily Christy are co-chairing the Opportunity Rings 2018 Chinquapin Prep Spring Gala on April 19 at Hotel ZaZa. Pictured (from left) at last year’s gala are Jenny and Patrick Lissonet and Sam and Patty Bowen. Honorary chairs are Kathy and Bill Heinzerling and Ann Smith, and the honoree is The Hamill Foundation in memory of Willy Kuehn. The graduating seniors will be presented. Tables of 10 start at $2,500, and individual tickets are $250. Chinquapin Preparatory School provides college-preparatory education for low-income families.
